June 12th 2006, Ian convicted of GBH with intent.

2007, Ian instigates action against Norfolk Constabulary via the Independent Police Complaints Comision.

Between 2006 and 2008, Ian approaches 2 appeal solicitors, both negative results. June 12th 2008, Ian released from prison at half way point.

July 15th 2008, Ian attends a Judicial Review hearing at the High Court. Hearing aimed at obtaining evidence from Norfolk Constabulary that was previously declared unobtainable??
Judicial Review proceedings refused.

July 2008, Ian appeals Judicial Review decision.
Still in progress.

This site is dedicated to Ian Simpson, who was in a relationship with his now ex partner, who we shall call Sylvia for legal reasons. This relationship ended up with Ian recieving a 4 year prison sentence for a crime he did not commit?
